Resetting the Microphone and Camera Permissions of the Browser

Reset Google camera and microphone permissions

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More︙ Settings
  3. Click Privacy and security > Site settings > Camera or Microphone.
  4. To remove an existing exception or permission To the right of the site, click Delete
  5. Click reset permissions.

Reset Opera camera and microphone permissions

  1. Open Opera.
  2. Settings on the left > Advanced > Privacy and Security > Click Site Settings.
  3. To remove an existing exception or permission To the right of the site, click Delete.
  4. Click reset permissions.

Reset Mozilla camera and microphone permissions

  1. Open Mozilla.
  2. At the top right, click More Settings  ≡ > Settings > Click Privacy and security > click on permissions.
  3. Press the Settings button next to the Camera or Microphone option you want to reset.
  4. To remove an existing exception or permission To the right of the site, click Delete
  5. Click on Save Changes.
