You can add our live support button to your website by downloading the codes we have prepared below.
If you want to embed the Live Support button in the pages of your website, you can paste the code below before the  tag of each page on your website.

If you want to place the Live Support button in a special place on your website, you can paste it anywhere on your site using the second code.

You can customize your live pre-support window, with the SetUp Wizard.

You can download the html code from the download code section within the black lines. It is possible to make adjustments from a blank text page by copying the code from the copy code section. It will be much easier for you to download in order to speed up the process.

When you download and open this code, you will see a screen like the one below.

At first, a white page will appear in front of you. As you can see from the screenshot in the lower right corner of this white page, a blue button will appear. When you click this blue button, you will see a screen exactly like the one above. You can make adjustments to the settings, such as the settings we have written in detail in all our other articles on our blog page. You can view these adjustments you have made directly here. With this process, you can determine the changes you have made, edit them and make changes as you wish.

Besides seeing the changes you have made, you can also make test conversations here. so your operators have the opportunity to become proficient at the job more clearly!

As seen in the example, a chatbot has been assigned. but when you activate your relevant operators, the customers here will contact the operators directly.

You can try ready-made message templates that we showed in our previous article. You can examine how these templates go, how they are communicated. you can also time out the session by continuing the attempts. Thus, you can observe what kind of text is displayed in timeout, is the output sufficient, and how the system is doing. In addition, all conversations are also recorded, all of them are already registered in the system.

You can add the code we have shown as an example directly to your website. In this case, the blue button you see on the screen will appear in the lower right corner. If you upload the second code on the first page, you can put the blue button anywhere on your website.
